1. Clean the microscope
The welding machine uses image processing system to observe the optical fiber, if the microscope lens becomes dirty, it will affect the normal optical fiber observation, resulting in poor welding effect. Therefore, the lenses of the two microscopes should be cleaned regularly to keep the microlenses clean.
The specific process is as follows:
(1) Turn off the power supply of the welding machine and open the wind cover.
(2) Gently wipe the lens of the microscope with a thin cotton swab dampened with alcohol.
(3) Then wipe away the remaining alcohol with a clean dry cotton swab, observe the microscope lens, and confirm that it is clean and free of stolen goods.
(4) Turn on the power, observe whether there is dust on the display image, if there is still dust, need to clean the microscope again.
Note: Do not touch the electrode when cleaning, do not touch the lens with hard objects.
2. Clean V-shaped slot
If there are pollutants in the V-slot, the optical fiber image will deviate from the normal position, resulting in abnormal alignment, resulting in greater welding loss.
Therefore, in peacetime, you should regularly check and clean the V-shaped slot, the specific process is as follows:
(1) Open the windproof cover of the welding machine.
(2) Clean the pollutants on the V-shaped groove with the dust blower for distribution.
(3) Clean the bottom of the V-shaped slot with a thin cotton swab dampened with alcohol.
Note: Do not touch the tip of the electrode. Do not use excessive force when cleaning, do not use hard objects (such as blades) to clean the V-shaped slot to avoid damage to the V-shaped slot, resulting in normal use.
